1) Provide manufacturing solutions for medical disposables and export all necessary machines, devices, and materials;
and provide post-sales technical support.
2) Produce medical disposable products in urology, anesthesia, respiratory, obstetrics, and gastroenterology.
Q2: What certificates do you have?
A: CE (TUV), FCS, CFDA, FDA, LGA, and ISO 13485 are ready for most models of our products.
Q3: Which market do you mainly involve in?
A: Main markets of our medical disposables: the Middle East, India, Southeast Asia, and the USA.
Main markets of our medical manufacturing machines: the Middle East, India, and Southeast Asia.
Q4: How can we be your agent or distributor?
A: Please advise/confirm which products and which markets you expect to market, so we can confirm the status of product registration and authorization.
Q5: How can we be your exclusive agent?
A: Basically, we propose signing an exclusive agency agreement after working together for at least one year, so both of us understand better your market, popular products, targeted sales volume, and certification status, etc.
Q6: Do you do OEM or ODM?
A: Yes, OEM/ODM is accepted, and we propose sending us some original samples so that the final products meet your expectations. Kindly note that the MOQ (minimum order quantity) needs to be discussed for OEM/ODM terms.
Q7: Could you provide us with free samples?
A: Yes, free samples are available, but the shipment cost is on the customer.
Q8: Do you get the products sterilized before packing?
A: Yes, all our medical disposables are packaged before EO sterilization.
Q9: What are your payment terms?
A:100% full payment is required for orders that are less than $5,000.
30% advance payment and balance before shipment is required for orders that values 5,000 $ at least.
Q10: Do you provide after-sales service?
A: Yes, 14 months quality guarantee is provided; and even warranty date has expired, we will still assist with our
agents/distributors for any technical support or refund policy.
