Yes, free samples are available, but shipment cost is on customer.

Yes, all our medical disposables are packaged before EO sterilization.
 

9. What are your payment terms?
100% full payment is required for order that is less than value 5,000 $.
30% advance payment and balance before shipment is required for order that values 5,000 $ at least.

 

10. Do you provide after-sales service?
Yes, 14 months quality guarantee is provided; and even warranty date is expired we will still assist with our
agents/distributors for any technical support or refund policy.
